I had a really good stay at this hotel in central Pratunam area. the value for money was incredible. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent location for shopping. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms had a minimalist design, which I really liked, and the basic amenities were all provided. Lastly, the staff were fantastic. They were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, everything was ok with my stay.

The total rate is not included in the website and we were shocked that after paying the total of 3 nights stay, we still need to pay for 508 thb for the breakfast. But in the website, breakfast is included.

Only the location is good otherwise no one would stay at such poorly maintained property.

Staff is very rude and uneducated. Rooms are very small as compared to other budget hotels surrounding. Cleanliness is big problem, age old toilets and unfriendly staff always looking to rob you.

i had came across many bad review of this hotel. but it isnt true when i reach and stay in this hotel. even the P2 hotel lady boss told me that this pratunam city inn is old and very dirty. but it isnt true. when i reach this hotel. i realize, why the P2 owner said that, because this P2 hotel is just built beside this pratunam city inn. which is their competitor. i believe, they try to create bad image of this pratunam city inn in hope to get more customer to stay in their hotel P2. anyway, the pratunam city inn staff, the reception are very friendly and efficient when you ask for favor/ direction/ amenities. They always smile to you. Hotel location is very good, as 15min walking distance to pratunam shopping malls, easy access to 7-eleven & convenient store & cheap and nice food hawker stalls & quite at night, thus you will have a good night sleep all night long. Hotel Service is good. Room is very clean. they do housekeeping daily. Replace the bath towel daily. Aircon, LCD TV are in good condition.Worth for money to stay. Even though the breakfast less choice, as less occupancy. Thus, the hotel staff will cook the breakfast upon your order. i would not hesitate to return and stay at pratunam city inn. you will know the service and cleanliness when you stay at this hotel. Do not trust

no service at all. after check in they wont even escort us to our room. He just gave us the card key. breakfast was buffet but nothing left in the food warmer except for eggs and sausages. they dont change towels evryday (except if we request)

I arrived at 10am, there even no people at reception. room is very small and not clean.

The only thing was the TV flatscreen in the room.

Convenient location, value for money the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and the price was reasonable. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to suggest places to visit and directions to get there.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was situated in an excellent shopping area, not far from Pratunam market. Additionally, it was on the main shopping area of the city which made it easy for us to find transportation. The staff was polite and helpful, and there was a 7/11 shop around the corner which was convenient.
